Step1

Inquiry Submission

Client fills out the Product Inquiry Form by clicking the “Get A Quote” button on the website.
Client provides contact details and a brief overview of their product concept.
Submission is sent to the Business Development Officer (BDO) for initial review.

Step2

Introductory Call

BDO schedules an initial meeting with the client.

Discussion covers:

Product concept and goals
Functional requirements and specifications
Target market and intended use

BDO documents all requirements for reference in the product development phase.

Step3

Product Blueprint Creation

Product Development Team (PDT) reviews the documented requirements.

PDT drafts the initial product formula and design concept in alignment with industry trends and regulatory compliance.

Internal review by:

Regulatory Compliance Officer (if applicable)
Marketing & Product Manager

BDO sends the proposed blueprint to the client for feedback.

Step4

Client Feedback Loop

If approved: PDT proceeds to create a prototype formula.

If revisions are needed: PDT updates the blueprint and resends for review.

Step5

Prototype Delivery & Review

Prototype formula, competitive pricing, and market insights are prepared.

BDO presents results to the client.

If the client approves, the project moves to production planning.

If declined, the process is closed amicably.
